Many thanks to the Director of Diversity and Inclusion, Ms. Anna Heckel who moderates the BSA and the CPS Step team and helped to organize the assembly.
Art Students Contribute to the Memory Project
Students in Mrs. Barth's Advanced Studio art class recently contributed art for the Memory Project. They created portraits to honor the identity and personal story of Syrian children who have been living as refugees. The Memory Project began in 2004, to create special memories for children living in orphanages. Today the program reaches out to orphans, refugees, and children living in poverty.
