THIS WEEK'S TALK BY REV. DENISE YEARGIN "A Passion For The Possible (Part II)" We believe in Eternal Goodness, Loving Kindness, and Givingness of Life to all. When I forget, prayer reminds me these truths are always there. Rev. Denise Yeargin is a retired Ordained Unity Minister who continues to minister through speaking and writing and occasional individual virtual sessions. A Native Nashvillian, Denise has over the last few years co-created a home with her life partner Judy Blackwelder in Savannah, TN on the Tennessee River. They call their estate Harmony Haven – as they are learning to live in communion with the earth and all her relations. Denise’s greatest love continues to be studying, teaching, and sharing Universal Principle.

CLASSES & WORKSHOPS Change Your Thinking, Change Your Life Join Practitioner David Arnholter for a new certified Foundations of Science of Mind Class! This is the perfect class for anyone who is new to Science of Mind or anyone who wants a refresher. You will learn how to put our teaching into practice and have fun connecting with other people while doing it! The class will be held on Thursday evenings beginning on August 31st by Zoom, 6:30 to 8:30. It will run for 6 weeks. Sign up here! The cost is only $50 for the 6-week class. This class does count toward the pre-requisite for anyone considering becoming a Practitioner. Knitting Workshop Have you ever wanted to learn how to knit? If so, join Sandra Rollins in three workshops in October & November to be held from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm in the upstairs classroom as follows:   October 17 – cast on, knit stitch October 24 – purl stitch, cast off November 7 – reading patterns; begin project   Materials needed to bring to first workshop: one skein worsted weight yarn in a favorite color, pair of small scissors, and size 8, 29”- long circular needles.   Suggested love offering: $5 per workshop.   If you would like to sign up or have questions, contact Sandra at sjrollins@comcast.net.
