Fall Course Registration Dates & Support

Fall Course Registration Information

Summer has just started, but fall course registration starts next week! Enrolment Services will be in touch the week prior to your priority course registration - Monitor your Western email throughout the summer for important information!


You are encouraged to check your grade report on the Student Center. Once you have logged in, click Academics, Program Status, Grade Report – Progression. Note any progression or degree requirement(s) that need to be completed under the “Remarks” section prior to course registration.

 

Priority Course Registration Dates For Fall/Winter 2024:

  • Year 4: July 8 to July 12
  • Year 3: July 15 to July 19
  • Year 2: July 22 to July 26

Do you have questions about your course planning for next year?


Drop-ins are available virtually or in-person and are the fastest way to meet with an advisor! These short (10-minute) appointments are available Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday afternoons between 1:30 and 3:30 p.m. and Friday mornings between 10 a.m. and noon. Check-in will be available 30 minutes prior to the start of drop-in.


Prepare for your session by reviewing the courses you’ve completed, your program checklist, and by drafting your schedule.

Are you entering your second year and have questions about course registration? Register for a drop-in Zoom session with Academic Advising and Enrollment Services:

  • July 16 at 10 a.m.

King's Grad shares story on CBC


The story of Darlene Walker '24, who completed her Sociology degree at the age of 77, has attracted some media attention. Walker appeared on CBC's London Morning with Andrew Brown on June 18, 2024 to talk about Convocation, her decision to go back to school and her experience at King's.

Programming Updates:


Please note: There will be no 5 p.m. Eucharist and community meal until September. Midday Eucharist, normally held every Thursday and Friday, has also ended until September. We will continue the Sundays 10 a.m Eucharist, except for any vacation time.


Note: Our Tuesday 7 p.m. evening masses have ended until the end of July as Father Peter will be away on retreat.
