Musicians Who Are Christians Small Group

Mondays April 17-May 8 at 6pm

Not all musicians who are Christian are part of the Christian music scene. In this study, participants will hear the story of mainstream musicians who share(d) their walks of faith through their various genres of music. Musicians include: Duke Ellington, Styx, Johnny Cash and U2.  

Mere Christianity Small Group

Sundays Through April 23rd 6:30 PM

Mere Christianity is a compilation of Lewis’ legendary broadcast talks during World War II, which provides a powerful apologetic for the Christian faith.

Ladies Bible Study

Our ladies Bible study meets Thursdays at 6:30pm at the church. Our study is on the Life of David.

Life Experienced - Party in the Barn

On Saturday, April 29th at 6:00pm, Life Experienced will gather at the home of Charles & Judy Swartzell for a party in their barn.  There will be games and prizes!  Please plan to bring an appetizer to share and your favorite beverage.  Water and tea will be provided.  Please sign up online, then watch your email for more info.  

Are You Ready for Some Baseball??

 Life Experienced is coordinating an outing to a Rangers Baseball game on Tuesday, May 16th.  We'd like to invite anyone in the congregation to join us.  If you'd like tickets, PLEASE sign-up online before May 1st.  Ticket price will be determined by seating availability but should be around $30.00.  More info to follow!

LIFT Weekend Getaway

Ladies In Faith Together (LIFT) is planning a weekend getaway May 5 - 7, in Gun

Barrel City, TX. The cost is approximately $125 for the weekend which includes food, fun, and fellowship. Limited spaces are available. Contact Lori Kohler for more information.

Family feud at LWLC Saturday, April 15^th 6-7:30 pm for you and your family to participate! So bring a snack, a friend and your family and have a good time playing against your fellow church members or just cheer them on as we have a fun fellowship night together!

Vacation Bible School

“Stellar” - Shine Jesus’ Light

June 4-8 5:30-8:15pm

All kids (ages 2-5th grade) are invited on a cosmic quest where they will have a blast shining Jesus’ light to the world. Stellar will rocket kids on an out-of-this-world adventure that’s light years of faith-building fun! We start off with a family meal from 5:30-6pm. Then, stick around to enjoy a fun, exciting, interactive evening full of games, music, stories, crafts & more! Sign up online.
