One step at a time should be our focus especially with all of the other noise these days. This year has already been heavy with much loss and sickness. Please everyone, take it easy on yourself! This virus is no joke and everywhere, even reaching our home and taking us out for a bit but we are back in action. Please, if you do not feel well, or are experiencing any symptoms; stay home, we will not late charge you at this time. Thank you all so far for keeping the studio a safe place to practice.

Now that the holidays are over, it's time to take care of you. All month long take advantage of our New Year New You sale. Join us for a class or schedule a private session

Sorry to have to cancel some Sunday classes this month, but we are back. This class is on the schedule so sign up if you're interested. More classes will be added for February, stay tuned. There must be at least 2 enrolled for each class to run.

As always, we will continue to monitor classes and adjust as needed. You may luck out and even get a private session for the prices of a class. Please put yourself on the waitlist or reach out to Michele if you can't get into a class.

The new toe socks have arrived :) all flowery and pink just in time for Valentine's Day. These pink socks have a tiny heart or LOVE stitched by the ankle. Look for the flowers or the cute lips and eyelash pattern. Check them out on the rack and more are in the basket underneath the leggings. More fingerless grip gloves in larger sizes have arrived. The gloves are highly recommend by our client Susan as just the right support and grip assistance.

The Savvi rack is fully stocked with many different leggings and a few tops. Plus Savvi just dropped their prices and you can see those reduced prices on the rack, making our sale even better. Newer leggings are the Cranes and the Kozas. Cranes have stirrups, not that thick elastic band; but buttery fabric that feels nice against your feet. You can even leave them up and not use the stirrup, so great for under your boots this winter. The Kozas are our booty-lifting leggings available in gray and moon rock (pinkish gray). The comfy Rebel French Terry Top has Savvi's logo that means moving forward together and the long cuff on the sleeve. New on the rack is the Zadar Crepe Hacchi, which is a really nice material that dresses up this top. We still have the zadar in a few other fabrics. There are some other tops on the rack so check them out and ask Michele if you need another size.

Our Food Drive is Back

We managed to fill FOUR donation buckets in 2021 for the Shore Movement Food Drive. Help us fill more this year. Do you have any extra non-perishable food items from a gathering? Did you do some winter or new year cleaning? Did you buy the wrong kind of some item? Bring them all in. The Brick Morning Rotary club has been so grateful for our donations thus far. Help us continue to help our Ocean county neighbors that are still struggling to get food on the table.
