Articles of Interest
After our Dec. ’21 presentation on managing depression, Harold Levine brought this article to our attention about a new type of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rMTS) for depression called "Stanford neuromodulation therapy." Congregants also mentioned other alternative treatments like Ketamine and CBD (CBST does not endorse any specific treatment).

Thanks to Jack Malick for sending this important information, “In Chicago, A New Approach to Gay and Bisexual Men with Prostate Cancer."

And thanks to Alton Bader for this New Year’s reminder, "Our Favorite Healthy Habits of 2021."
Just for Fun
Guess Who?
Can you tell who this CBST musician is?
The musician in this photo said: “I was in several rock bands. In this picture, circa 1989, I am recording a Hammond Organ part for a CD I was making with an artist named "Bernie Shanahan". I am playing all the keyboards, organ, and synths (strings, etc.).”

Who am I? 🎵

The answer will be revealed at “Sleep: How to Hibernate Better this Winter” with Dr. Gregory Hinrichsen, PhD on January 5. Click here to register!
L'hitra'ot!
