REBELS MAKE IT HAPPEN

For the first time in Nevada’s history, our Governor, Lt. Governor, and State Treasurer are all Rebels – Governor Joe Lombardo, Class of ‘86 and ’05, Lt. Governor Stavros Anthony, Class of ‘87 and ’99, and State Treasurer Zach Conine, Class of ‘13. We mean it when we say “Rebels Make It Happen” for Nevada!

We are grateful for our partnership with state leaders which enables UNLV to continue to enrich the lives of our students and transform our communities. Thank you Senator Dallas Harris (‘08, ’09), Chair of the Senate Committee on Growth and Infrastructure, for hearing SB422 which allows for greater access to student dining services through personal delivery devices (robots)! UNLV Interim Vice President for Student Affairs, Keith Rogers, co-presented the bill along with Aileen Zhong, Starship Director of Government Affairs, with testimonial support from President Keith E. Whitfield.

Ending UNLV Day with a reception to celebrate UNLV's partnerships and advocacy which help improve the lives of our students and our communities!
