BHI Transportation System Update
The Village of BHI has filed a Reply brief to the Motion to Dismiss that BHI Limited/BHI Transportation previously filed in the litigation pending with the North Carolina Utilities Commission (NCUC). Click HERE for the full document.

It is not entirely clear what will happen next and when it will happen. BHI Limited/BHI Transportation may file a Reply, and there may or may not be an oral hearing on the Motion to Dismiss. At some time in the next several months, there will be a decision by the NCUC on the Motion to Dismiss, but there is no specific time when that will happen.

Primary Election Important Dates
for Brunswick County
Primary election day is Tuesday, May 17, 2022, which was changed in a ruling by the State Supreme Court. Board meetings are typically held the second Friday of each month beginning at 11:00am EDT.
