Jim Morningstar, PhD, founder of Therapeutic Breathwork, shares how this innovative healing modality combining time honored breathing techniques with breakthroughs in modern neuroscience, employs the genius of Dr. Alexander Lowen's Bioenergetics. Holding patterns in our breathing mechanism reflect traumas in the developmental stages of our first six years of life. These become crystalized into unconscious "Body Themes" which when unintegrated can either limit our growth, productivity and joy in living or when integrated can reveal signature strengths that enhance our total wellbeing.
