|
Since 2018, more than $1.1 billion in economic development projects, promising more than 4,000 jobs, have been announced for the Danville Pittsylvania County region and it is critical that the community is prepared for the serious growth coming from this success. Danville City Council and the Pittsylvania County Board of Supervisors formed the Partnership for Regional Prosperity in 2020 to examine the change coming and knowing that planning for that change will produce the best outcomes.
While attending the Business@Breakfast, you'll find out how the Partnership will share knowledge about what is ahead for our region and involve the community in identifying challenges, seeking solutions, and leveraging opportunities that come from advancing the economy. You also will have an opportunity at this meeting to contribute your ideas as part of this collaborative project to make Danville and Pittsylvania County models of future-forward thinking and action.
