MARSHALL MEDICAL CENTER'S
KINDNESS CAMPAIGN
Because healthcare workers are highly likely to experience hostility and violence from patients and visitors, Marshall, along with many hospitals and health systems across the country, is posting signage reminding everyone to be kind.
“Kindness is Contagious” is a campaign to reinforce respect and awareness of positive behaviors.
But we didn’t want to stop there. All across the county, front line service workers have experienced an escalation of abusive behavior, especially since the COVID pandemic. People are frustrated and short-tempered, and it shows. Knowing this, we decided to share our KIC materials with local businesses and schools.
