BLACK WHITE AND GOLD RAFFLE INFO FOR TONIGHT
Here are just a few of the winning gifts you could win! Click HERE to see all of them!
Excited to see what is included in tonight's raffle? Here is the link: auctria.events/UUWestport

If you just want to look at the items, no need to register; however, if you aren't able to join us in person tonight, but want to participate in the raffle, you'll need to register and put in a credit card account to buy raffle tickets.

If you participated in last year's auction, your registration may still be active, but you'll likely need to re-register. If you need any assistance, please e-mail Cindy Potter at potter.cynthia@gmail.com or text her at 1.914.299.2062.

The raffle will be a "teacup" or "chance" raffle - you pick the items you want to try and win! Once you've registered and purchased your raffle tickets, please text Cindy Potter at 1.914.299.2062 with how you want to divide your raffle tickets up - you can put them all in one pot (e.g for CHIPS gift card) or divide them among pots (CHIPS and Vera Bradley and a Massage!) Raffle ticket purchases close at 8 PM. And yes, we will hold the gift for you if you cannot be there to pick it up

Tickets are $3 each, or 4 for $10. Good luck!
Every Saturday: Brown bag lunch donations to support John Street Outreach. Drop off Saturdays noon- 4:00 PM. Sign up HERE; contact David Vita to learn more.

Human sexuality courses have been offered by the UU for over forty years! As stated on the UUA website, “We believe that the mind, body, and spirit are not separate entities but together contribute to our health as human beings. {sic.} It is so important for faith communities to support people of all ages in making healthy decisions and to create a safe and caring atmosphere to explore life’s most intimate issues.”
The Youth Group will meet 11:15 AM-12:15 PM, giving us a chance to sell our final cord of wood raffle tickets to exiting congregants after the worship service.
CAPITAL CAMPAIGN UPDATE FROM REV. JOHN
Rev. Dr. John Morehouse
As part of our capital campaign improvements, we will be replacing all the flooring on the main level of the church building except for the sanctuary, restrooms and kitchen. Contractors will be in the building Monday-Friday for the next several weeks working on three phases of floor replacement.

The sanctuary, restrooms and kitchen may have new floors and improvements in the future, but are not included in this current work.

For the most part, we will not be able to use much of our meeting space during the week including some of the offices, for the next couple of weeks. Note the sanctuary and foyer will be open for worship on the weekends - signs will tell us where we can and cannot go. Some of the staff will be working remotely. Even those floors which are not being replaced may be full of furniture. We are also changing out some furniture in the library to bring it more in line with our new flooring.

This is a very exciting development and I look forward to the progress we continue to make. Please follow the signage, and take heart that this is a temporary situation that allows for a marvelous improvement in look and feel.
CONGRATULATIONS TO DAVE CAPLAN:
OUR LEADING LIGHT AWARD RECIPIENT FOR MARCH
Please join the Leadership Development Team in congratulating Dave Caplan, March’s Leading Light award recipient. He will be recognized at the March 13th Sunday service.

Dave’s contributions over the years to our music programs, especially his current role in leading the Voices Café team into its second decade, are greatly appreciated. His collaboration with the founders of Voice’s Café helped get this venture started. Dave has been instrumental in building Voices Café’s reputation as an outstanding venue for folk artists, a connection that continues to serve TUCW’s missions of building community and supporting social justice. By bringing concerts to our sanctuary as well as to our homes Dave has demonstrated a spirit of creativity, collaboration, and community outreach. For all his involvement in and commitment to TUCW, Dave truly is a Leading Light.
