Upcoming Training Opportunities!

Happy Monday!

We are excited to offer two training in-person training opportunities!

CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) train the trainer is scheduled for September 11 - 14 at the Drinko Library at the Marshall campus in Huntington.

This opportunity also has an added trauma training. CPI training provides the de‑escalation techniques and person‑centered behavior management strategies you need to create a culture of safety in your workplace.

This is appropriate for those who will be able to go back and provide this training to those at their agency.

The ASIST workshop is scheduled for September 20 - 21 in Flatwoods, WV.

At a LivingWorks ASIST workshop, you'll learn how to prevent suicide by recognizing signs, providing a skilled intervention, and developing a safety plan to keep someone alive.

This is appropriate for any level.

Please note - this is NOT a train the trainer workshop.
