POLITICAL GRAB BAG

Member Steve Bagby, Sr. has released the Political Grab Bag for the month of MARCH. The topics include Women's History Month, the historic nomination of Kentanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court, and the recognition of accomplished black women!
FROM THE ARCHIVES...

Here we are today with our third presentation and we continue to reflect upon advances women have made over the last decade. Women have increased their earnings, education, and fields of occupation, and continue to have longer average life spans than men. We have included some Census Bureau stats highlighting these and other changes over the years. As we continue to celebrate weekly, please join the SBC Memorial and Historical Commission in celebration of our third Women’s History Month woman, Dr. Patricia Era Bath who defied the arts and set her own record of first.
