Dear Seniors and Families,

Don't forget! School Picture Day is this Thursday, August 31. Seniors must dress in Senior Attire and be on time to school to be included in the senior group photo. See below for more details.

Please be sure to label your blazer with your student's first and last name. Students will turn in their blazers to College Counseling after pictures on Picture Day, so they can be organized, pinned and ready for the Senior Blazer Ceremony on September 8. Please reach out to College Counseling if you have any questions.

Important Upcoming Dates:

School Picture Day, August 31

Seniors will be photographed first thing in the morning, at 8:15am. We will start with a group picture. If you are late, you will not be part of the group picture.

Seniors will need to wear the official senior uniform for pictures (black blazer and white button-up shirt for everyone, and the boys will also wear the Trivium Prep tie).

The Senior Group photo can be ordered in-person on Picture Day by cash (exact change) or check. Ordering envelopes will be handed out on picture day, so please send payment with your student. Alternately, you can pre-pay online for the group photo and print a payment voucher that you MUST send in with your student to put in the ordering envelope. 

1 7x5" Group Photo is $13

1 10x8" Group Photo is $16

Students must be in school uniform on Picture Day. Seniors must wear Senior Attire. Please review the school dress code in our Family Handbook and reach out to our Student Deans with any questions. We ask that when families begin to prepare for picture day, please make sure all aspects of school uniform (hair, nails, jewelry, etc.) are dress-code compliant.  

Senior Attire

Senior Attire is required for Senior Events throughout the school year beginning with School Picture Day on September. Please be sure to order items needed to arrive in time for this event.

• White Button-up Oxford shirt (crest not required)
• Black Blazer - Does NOT have to be purchased through our uniform vendors, but you can purchase from Dennis if you would like:

• Tie (Boys only) Must be purchased from Anton Uniforms. 
• Trivium Prep Striped Boys' Tie  

Blazer Ceremony, September 8

Seniors must turn in their blazer to the college counseling office on September 1, after Picture Day, clearly labeled with their name, so we can organize and pin the blazers. This will ensure that the jackets are ready to go for the Blazer Ceremony. Parents are invited to attend the Blazer Ceremony on the morning of September 8.

Parents are invited to attend the Blazer Ceremony on the morning of Friday, September 8 at 8:15am. Please plan to arrive to campus after 8am to sign in through the front office. Parents can enter and park around the football field/in the North Lot AFTER 8:00am (please do not arrive early as it will disrupt Archway morning drop-off).

Senior Contribution

The senior contribution enables us to provide the seniors with the events that make their final year at Trivium memorable. Please pay the contribution here by September 30:

Seniors, please fill out the yearbook form by September 30. (Parents do not fill this out; it is for the seniors).

Yearbooks will go on sale later this fall. Watch the Friday Flash for more information. Senior Ads will be offered as an opportunity for parents to honor their seniors with well wishes. More information coming soon.
