Dear SMCS Parents,
Thank you for all your support. We had a great week that started out with an informative presentation from Sarah Ward on Executive Function. Thank you to all of the parents who came to the presentations.
Thank you for your prayers for Dr. Bliss and Mr. Patrick. Dr. Bliss will be returning to campus this coming week on Wednesday, April 13. Mr. Patrick is doing better and has been released from the hospital.
Thank you for your cooperation with our COVID protocols this school year. As COVID trends seem to continue in positive directions in our community and in the Houston area we are making some changes to our protocols. The water fountains will be available to students starting on Monday, April 11. We will no longer provide bottled water to students who come without a water bottle to school. We will also no longer require masks for parent volunteers or visitors on campus. We are going to discontinue our COVID notifications until further notice.
