Dear Parents,

It will be a great joy to see all of you (without the kids) at Back To School Night tonight. Tonight's event is for parents of students in Grades 5 and younger. The Middle School event will be on Tuesday, September 13. Both evenings start out in the cafeteria at 7:00pm.

The Agenda for Tonight, Thursday (9/7) is:

6:30PM- Doors Open

7:00PM- Welcome and Prayer by Fr. Zuberbueler

7:10PM- Discovery Speech and Occupational Therapy Introduction

7:15PM- Highlights & Policy Changes for the 22-23 School Year by Mrs. Fry

7:30PM- Classroom Session #1 

7:50PM- Classroom Session #2

8:10PM- Event ENDS

Parents with one child in these grades are encouraged to visit the Specials Teachers during the other session. Parents with more than 2 children in these grades will need to split up in order to visit more than 2 classrooms.

Middle School Back-To-School Night on September 13th will have a very different schedule, with parents traveling to all 8 periods of the day. If you have more than one Middle Schooler, we will only print the OLDEST child's schedule for you to follow, as you will be visiting the exact same teachers regardless. On that night, Mrs. Fry's talk will come last, after the classroom visits, so that parents attending both nights can skip that portion. Having four kids of my own, I am well aware of how challenging it can be to attend an evening meeting without the kids..

A few important items of information for the BINGO Night:

• Family package ticket purchases close September 21st, no pizza will be sold on the night.  See our PTO Site for the Package tickets.  Want to just walk in, no problem,  the PTO will have BINGO cards and snacks on sale that evening (Cash or a $10 minimum credit card purchase).
