We are accepting submissions for the Keystone Nonprofit Conference Call for Speakers until Friday, May 20th. Our theme for 2022 is Pride and Purpose.

The nonprofit sector is vital to a healthy community and society and because of this we should be incredibly proud of the work that is done. The sector should also be unapologetic in advocating for itself, individually and collectively. And while doing so, the sector must always focus on its purpose. Nonprofit organizations are created to serve a mission and purpose that advances the communities in their ecosystem. All that we do should be focused on furthering that purpose--without distraction, bias or reservation.

Great Places in Pennsylvania

The Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Planning Association is looking for Great Places in two categories: Great Public Spaces and Great Greenways/Trails. Great Places are unique, memorable places that display community planning best practices, have an exemplary character, and a sustainable vision for tomorrow.

Complete the online submission form by Thursday, June 9, 2022. Nominations will be considered by the Great Places in Pennsylvania Judges Committee with notification to applicants in the summer.

Funding Focus: Morgan Stanley Alliance for Children’s Mental Health Innovation Awards

Morgan Stanley aims to identify and fund mental healthcare solutions for children and young adults across the United States. As part of this initiative, the Alliance will award grants for a total of $500,000, consultation and training with industry professionals, and capital showcasing opportunities to selected U.S.-based 501(c)3 public charities advancing children’s mental health and addressing challenges of stress, anxiety, depression or other mental health issues. Applications are now being accepted through July 15, 2022.
