Johnson & Johnson's attempt to avoid liability for its talcum powder litigation is rejected by a federal appeals court. The court stated that to file for bankruptcy, you have to be broke - which Johnson & Johnson is not. The ruling will now allow all claimants to seek their day in court.

Following the death of two children, Target stores recently announced a recall of more than 200,000 Pillowfort weighted blankets following multiple reports that children can become trapped under the blanket.

These blankets were specifically marketed towards children, Target statement on these blankets, "pose a risk of death by asphyxiation."
