Help us identify our collective strengths!
Dear Colleagues,

The purpose of this email is to help us identify our strengths as a collective primary care sector here in London Middlesex. We are often asked to provide representatives for primary care across a broad range of committees, working groups, leadership and advocacy roles.

Our ask!

To help us understand who has expertise or interest in participating in future projects or opportunities, we ask that you complete this one-minute survey. We will reach out to you directly when opportunities arise that match your area of interest.

Current opportunities:

  • 1-2 family physicians for a Clinical Systems Renewal steering committee organized by local primary care organizations and FHOs to select a new EMR vendor. Time commitment is expected to be approximately 10 hours; meetings will be scheduled to accommodate you. With Janet Dang's departure in late January, we are now recruiting for a Primary Care Collaboration Lead. Please feel free to share the full job posting within your networks.

This individual must have strong community engagement, communication, coaching and project management skills in order to help lead and support the further development of Primary Care as a key foundation to our local, regional, and provincial health system while remaining true to our vision and mission. 

Job opportunity: Middlesex London OHT Clinical Lead (Primary Care)

The Middlesex London (formerly Western) Ontario Health Team is seeking an exceptional primary care leader to work in partnership with the Clinical Lead (Specialty Care) to engage and represent the perspectives of primary care clinicians during the planning and implementation of initiatives that improve integrated care.

This individual will work closely with the MLOHT Primary Care cluster representatives, LMPCA Executive, and other primary care stakeholders to ensure meaningful engagement, communication, and coordination with the work of the OHT. For more info, please see the job posting.
