The El Dorado Hills Chamber joined the Shingle Springs Cameron Park Chamber in supporting the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the region's first Emergency Resource Center.
"In today’s age, we have to look at natural disasters as “when” they will happen not “if” they will happen. The Food Bank of El Dorado County has been supporting El Dorado County residents for over 20 years, the extension of the Emergency Resource Center will provide the community with the resources needed to prepare, plan and execute during a disaster. "

This exhibit showcases an Advance Placement Drawing portfolio, which was a year-long sustained investigation centered on the inquiry "How can I compare the Gold Rush of 1848 to the modern-day quest for personal wealth and glory that occurred in Silicon Valley?"
Local points of interest were explored for inspiration, and the public is invited to see these amazing pieces in person in our California Welcome Center.
