Council awarded KMBR Architects and Planners the contract to design a new public works facility and fire hall for an estimated price of $444,000, funded in the 2021-2025 Financial Plan from facilities life cycle reserves. Development of a facility design will facilitate future applications for grant funding with a shelf-ready project.

Council’s Strategic Priorities for 2021- 2023 includes securing a District-owned public works facility and fire hall site.
