Program Highlight

We are excited to announce a NEW format for the program formerly known as Girls Afterschool Basketball. This league is open to all D47 2nd/3rd and 4th-6th grade girls and practice begins 9/27 or 9/28. Practice is held at their respective schools during the week and teams will play games on Sundays at CL Central High School. Don’t delay-register today to ensure that your school can field a team!

Playground Structure Installations Complete

Lapins Park playground (6400 Scott Ln, Crystal Lake) and Brighton Oaks playground (9818 Ballard Rd, Crystal Lake)are OPEN for play beginning Sept 2.


Woodscreek Park, Veteran Acres Park, Woodland Estates Park

Playground Safety Surfacing Replacement

Look for the construction fencing at Veteran Acres and Woodland Estates to come down on or around Tu, Sept 6. The playgrounds will be OPEN FOR PLAY at that time. Woodscreek Park playground is closed until further notice due to safety issues that came up on inspection.
