Want to achieve and maintain high performance while avoiding the risk of burnout? Want to understand how to maximise your output without burning the candle at both ends?


As our work becomes increasingly global, and the boundaries between work hours and ‘play‘ get blurred, it is important to understand how you can best use your time while ensuring you achieve your objectives.


Vanessa Bennett, a high performance and executive coach with a successful career in finance will be sharing valuable insights and guide you through some of the key tools and techniques you can use to improve your efficiency.


Learn about the concept of ‘energy credits’ and how you can use them to be more effective in your role.


Following the workshop and Q&A, enjoy drinks and canapes with your peers.

BIOGRAPHIES

Vanessa Bennett

CEO and Co-Founder, Next Evolution Performance


Based in Sydney and servicing clients in all parts of the globe, Vanessa has over 20 years of experience in the financial services, and health and fitness professions, and more than 10 years specifically as a Performance Mastery Coach. Prior to co-founding Next Evolution Performance, she was the Head of Financial Adviser Distribution for Dimensional Fund Advisors for Australia and New Zealand – managing a team with assets under management growing from $1B to over $9B during her tenure of over 8 years. Prior to that she held senior sales roles as an Associate Director with Macquarie Bank. Vanessa also qualified as a group fitness instructor whilst completing her undergraduate university studies and has always taught classes on top of her professional career. She has been with Fitness First for more than 20 years as a senior group fitness instructor and mentor. She has a Masters of Science in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health – with Distinction – from the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience at King’s College London.
