Jury Questionnaires Have Been Mailed -

Here Is What You Should Know About This Process

Jury questionnaires were mailed out at the start of the week to 20,000 Pinal County residents. If you receive a questionnaire, please note that this is not a summons. Jury questionnaires are sent to residents to determine eligibility for jury service.


Please complete the survey either online or by mail. Once returned and eligibility is determined, you may receive a summons for jury service. For questions, please contact 520-509-3555.

The Country Thunder Music Festival is back in Florence next week, with acts performing from Thursday through Sunday, bringing thousands of music lovers to the area.


Expect traffic congestion from as early as Tuesday, with those camping arriving in anticipation of the gates opening at 9 a.m. on Wednesday. Wednesday is likely to see the heaviest daytime traffic, while Thursday through Sunday evenings will also see heavy traffic as concert-goers arrive for each night's event.


Those not attending the festival are advised to avoid Highway 79, using alternate routes if possible.Please be mindful of any traffic control and deputies assisting with traffic to help expedite any delays.

Economic and Workforce Development Department staff have created a Key Economic Indicators Dashboard. The dashboard is meant to provide key stakeholders and those interested in doing business in Pinal County convenient access to data collected from various sources. This tool provides information on the current population as well as growth trends over the past ten years; the current labor force and unemployment rate, along with those trends; employment and wages by industry; and information regarding the number and percent of Pinal County workers employed within the county and surrounding areas.

ARIZONA@WORK Pinal County Hosts Job Fair

ARIZONA@Work Pinal County recently hosted a job fair at Central Arizona College with representation from over 40 employers looking to hire county residents.

ARIZONA@WORK Hosting 'Arizona Career Readiness Credential' Webinar

The Pinal County Workforce Development 

Board invites Pinal County businesses to participate in a webinar to learn about the Arizona Career Readiness Credential (ACRC). The ACRC was created in response to employers' concerns regarding job seekers' work-ready skills. The credential validates the skills that matter most to Arizona's employers in three "foundational" academic skills (Math, Reading, Data) and four "personal/ interpersonal" skills (Communication, Professionalism, Teamwork/Collaboration, and Critical Problem Solving.

Help us kick the spring season by participating in our 'Explore Peralta Regional Park (PRP)' spring photo challenge, now through the end of April, at the newly opened Peralta Regional Park! 🌼🌵 See details below on how to participate.


🤳 Take a photo or selfie of your hiking, camping, or wildflower scouting adventures at Peralta Regional Park and post it to Facebook or Instagram using the hashtag #ExplorePRP (don't forget to tag or DM us if your account is private).


📅 The challenge runs from Monday, March 20 - Sunday, April 30.


🏆 Two winners will be selected for a prize with swag from Explore Pinal County and Pinal County Open Space and Trails at the conclusion of the challenge.
