Alice Lam is an Assistant Professor of Neurology at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital. After receiving her M.D. and Ph.D. from the University of Michigan, she completed her residency training in neurology at Partners Neurology (Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital). Dr. Lam completed fellowship training in epilepsy and clinical neurophysiology at Massachusetts General Hospital. She is currently a faculty member in the Department of Neurology at Massachusetts General Hospital. As a physician, Dr. Lam takes care of patients in both the subspecialty Epilepsy Clinic and the Memory Disorders Unit. Her clinical and translational research program explores the interface between epilepsy, neurodegenerative diseases, and cognition, using a combination of neurophysiology, signal processing, machine learning, neuroimaging and cognitive outcomes.
