Thank you everyone who came on August 30th night to the orientation meeting. Sorry that we missed those who couldn't make it.
We're grateful that from the meeting we've came to the decision of starting our very first Good News Club in Chino Valley USD at the Hidden Trails Elementary School. As we speak, we're in the process of applying for Facility Use Permit with the school district.
Just FYI, for the first year of club, our CEF Southern California State Office will sponsor the cost of all the facility fees and teaching materials. That being said, the team will be responsible to provide snacks for the children. The snacks will need to be individually packed and nuts-free. You'll learn more about that at the Super Seminar and Team Building & Training (TB&T) meeting.
Without further adieu, here are the important action items that require your immediate attention:
First and foremost, please register TODAY and attend a mandatory Super Seminar Training Workshop on Saturday, September 10th at Evangelical Formosan Church Arcadia (225 Live Oak Ave, Arcadia, CA 91006). http://cefsgv.org/register/ss
Second, please register and sign-up for an appointment for the Mobile Fingerprinting Session on Saturday, September 17th at the Mid-cities chapter office: www.applicantservices.com/CEFFPB
Third, please complete your background check before Friday, September 30th: https://ministryopportunities.org/CEFSCalifornia
Fourth, pray about the role/responsibility that you'd like to sign-up for the Good News Club.
Please make note that we cannot start club on in the second week of October until all of the above are completed.
