The SMART RIDE

Volunteering is a great way to build a healthier community, develop empathy and invest in our mental health. Especially since the pandemic, people have never felt more isolated from others. A side effect of social isolation can be depression or feeling unmotivated.

That's why I encourage people to get involved by supporting the nonprofits making a difference in communities that are important to them. Surrounding ourselves with like-minded people is a great way to feel connected and make a positive impact in the world.

Florida's largest LGBTQ Media Network featured the grand opening of the new studio in a recent publishing. On the cover, Sam Fray, a local musician with a passion for acting and modeling.

Stay tune for HotSpots upcoming annual "Spa Issue" where they talk about their favorites spa treatments in the Fort Lauderdale area. This year, the publication will feature a review of our Sports Massage treatment highlighting a cupping session.
