Miss Wendy's Summer art classes are now open for enrollment! Classes are for children ages 4 years old through kids entering fourth grade. Classes are held on weekly, on Tuesdays beginning May 31st and go until July 19th and will be held at Kilgore Bible Church.
Our classes are small so that each child gets the attention they need in a positive creative environment. Classes are taught by Miss Wendy who has been teaching children art at School For Little Children in Longview for 8 years and has been teaching children for almost 40 years.
Combining our love for Jesus and our love for art, we offer a program that teaches art from a Biblical viewpoint, with God as the Master Designer through creation, and all order and beauty comes from Him!
During our summer art classes, children will be able to experience many different mediums of art from acrylics to water colors! Both classes will be creating a painting on canvas! The older children will be looking at great works of art and will even create their own Van Gogh inspired painting!
