Thank you for signing up!

Art space issues have been at the forefront of the conversation in the artist community in the Boston region for many years now. As we are facing redevelopment pressures and rent increases the conversation has only become more pressing. Below are some projects the Somerville Arts Council has been working on in regards to art space.

Art Space Demand

We have summarized the most recent pool of responses to the Art Space Connector and uploaded them on the website. The Connector is a useful tool in understanding need for art space. We are also in the process of developing a program to match spaces with those in need of space. More on this to come!
