February is American Heart Month
Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women, but heart disease is preventable and controllable. Heart disease affects all ages, genders, and ethnicities. Risk factors include high cholesterol, high blood pressure, smoking, diabetes, and excessive alcohol use.
