An amazing year in aerospace! Don't miss this!

2022-2023 marked another wonderful and historic year for aerospace, especially for the Los Angeles - Las Vegas area! The recent successful and exciting launch & safe return of Artemis-1, with main engines from Aerojet-Rocketdyne, after long years of efforts and waiting, caught great attention around the world. We are blessed to be in the right place nd the right time! Artemis Missions will lead to more exciting and important steps for human presence & civilizations in space, and mankind back to the Moon, onto Mars. There have been also fantastic progresses in student activities as well. Please join us, have fun and cheer for the great accomplishment for the bright future in aerospace and mankind.

"This presentation will be a look at the two main (and sometimes conflicting) aspects of my astronomical career, the search for comets, and the relation of English poetry to the night sky.  One involves looking at the sky; the other involves feeling the sky."

Aerojet-Rocketdyne

Honorary Fellow

Jim Maser is Senior Vice President of Aerojet Rocketdyne’s Space Business Unit.  In this role, he is responsible for leading the design, development, test and manufacturing for launch and space propulsion and power systems.  His team is responsible for 39 propulsive elements on the Artemis mission.  In addition, he oversees the liquid engines on Atlas, Delta and Vulcan launch vehicles for main propulsion and attitude control.  Jim is also leading the team in expanding their role into new space electrical power systems as well as nuclear power and propulsion.
