Parent Group Update

February Parent Group Meeting

Our February meeting has been CANCELLED, so our next meeting will be held in person and on Zoom in March. Plan to join us to discuss and plan second semester activities. (A zoom link will be provided ahead of the meeting.) We hope to see you there!

Teacher Appreciation Week (May 1-5, 2023) – Seeking Ideas

The Parent Group will be organizing fun ways to “treat” the staff during Teacher Appreciation Week in May. We want to organize a staff lunch for Wednesday, May 3 –- please reach out if you have any restaurant connections. We’re also planning to 'Restock the Staff Breakroom', so we’ll be seeking snack donations. We’re looking for other ideas as well -- please reach out to RTCPSParentGroup@gmail.com if you have any suggestions for ways the families can celebrate our amazing RT staff.

Please Check Our Lost and Found Table

As we approach February break, please remind your student to retrieve any items on the Lost and Found table, located in the Atrium, that might belong to them. There are some great winter jackets, sweatshirts, and more that deserve some love. Items not retrieved by the end of the month will be donated to charity.

Recent Happenings At Rising Tide

Rising Tide Students to Performed Winter Play This Week

Last week, our upper school students gave two outstanding performances of their winter play, She Kills Monsters. Directed by Barnet Senegal and Ryann Greenberg, the students portrayed an eclectic cast of characters in a story of friendship, loss, and acceptance. The directors would like to offer huge congratulations to the cast and crew. They would also like to thank Endicott College and the Clark School for allowing us to borrow props and costumes for our production. We couldn't have done it without them.

Rising Tide's Chester Ohiwa, Moves on in State Competition
