One of my absolute favorite things to do in ministry is teach Confirmation classes. I have a lot of reasons why I love confirmation, but one of those reasons is that I really like the material covered. Confirmation classes go through and highlight the most foundational beliefs that we hold. Confirmation covers what we believe and who we are as Christians and as United Methodists.

April Mission of the Month-
Habitat for Humanity
In the month of April, your donations will be sent to Starke/Pulaski Habitat for Humanity, which develops decent housing in which people can live and grow into all the God intended.

Lenten folders are in the Narthex. If you would like to participate, please fill your folder and place in the offering plate in the back of the Sanctuary on Easter Sunday, or bring to the church office. Thank you.

SUPER SUNDAY PARTY
April 3rd
All kids from K-4th grade are invited to the Super Sunday Party at 5:00 p.m. on April 3rd. Come join the fun!!!

CHARLIE PETER DAY
SATURDAY, APRIL 9th
This is a day of sprucing up the outside grounds of our church, and a great opportunity for our congregation to serve together!
Please arrive around 8:00 a.m., and if possible bring your rake and gloves. Many hands will make for light work!!!

KID'S AT CLYDE'S
On Sunday, April 24th, from 2:00-5:00 Central Time, Clyde Flory is having a party at his home for all of the kids from our church and Francesville & Medaryville United Methodist churches. There will be a hay ride, mule & donkey ride, knife & hawk throw, campfire, hot dogs, smores & drinks. Please bring a lawn chair and join in the fun!!!

LITTLE LIGHTS PRESCHOOL
Our preschoolers are ready for warm weather so that they can get out and play in our preschool play area.
We will do fun learning activities related to Easter. We will have an Easter Egg Hunt and an Easter party in the classroom.
We will continue to have Show & Tell. This month the objects will begin with the letters Q, R, S, T, U, & V.
Our preschoolers will be hearing stories this month about why we really celebrate Easter. We celebrate the day Jesus came back to life!
We will be having preschool registration for the 2022-23 school year on April 25th from 5:30-7:00.

UNITED METHODIST WOMEN
We will meet on Tuesday, April 12th, at 1:30 p.m. in the Church meeting room. All women are invited!!!

EASTER LILIES
We will be accepting donations in any monetary amount for Easter Lilies for the Sanctuary. Please fill out a form if you would like to have it in memory of honor of a loved one. Forms can be found in the Narthex and along with your donation can be given to Lynette Altman, Amy Mosher or Cheryl Orkis by April 3rd.
