Just a heads up. We have to place our order on Sunday night. The amounts ordered are guesses based on past experience. Each week we get surprised and run out of some items early, and it pains us to have to contact you with the bad news. However, if we know early enough, we can OFTEN (not always) get more product. Placing your order earlier in the week gives us time to react. Thanks so much.

This is a great fish that has not been offered to us for years. Hit the button above and it will describe it a lot better than I can. Quantities limited. Won't last long.
Lots of local fishies this week:
TUNA STEAKS, AHI, NC: Take a hot cast iron skillet, a table spoon of oil, and 90 seconds on each side and you are ready to eat.
SWORDFISH STEAKS, NC: Great on the grill.
MAHI FILLETS, NC: It's a short season. So if you like local, fresh mahi, order up.
GOLDEN TILE FILLETS, NC: White, meaty, sweet. Great, great fish.
SPECKLED TROUT FILLETS, NC: Give it a go if you've never tried it. You'll like it.
BLACK DRUM FILLETS, NC: Haven't had it for a while. Great for grilling or sauteing.
FLOUNDER FILLETS, NC: 'Nuff said.
We have some SCALLOPS that we've frozen over the past couple of weeks and it sure would be nice if they were in your freezer (hint hint). $3.00 off per pound.
Crawfish: Still too pricey.
