PEER ENGAGEMENT
Summer Workout and Networking
Flex your muscles and expand your network. Bring a colleague or a friend and dare each other to go beyond your comfort zone. Step up to the challenge of a full-body workout in four 10-minute intervals at Shred415.

After the complimentary class, connect with your peers for a quick networking session.

You are encouraged to wear athletic apparel for ease of movement and activity.

We recommend you arrive dressed for the workout. There are changing rooms, showers, towels and toiletries at the location. Please bring your water bottle.

Shred415 Millcreek
Adria Swindle and Christopher Olsen are the co-owners of Shred415 Millcreek, a boutique fitness studio that opened in 2019. Adria is from SLC and when not at the studio enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 kids. Prior to opening Shred, Adria practiced law and worked at various non-profits. Christopher is originally from New Orleans but has lived in the SLC area for the past 20+ years. Christopher has a background in interior design and loves being a father to his two teenage sons. They both enjoy volunteering for various philanthropies around town and are strong allies for the LGBTQ community. Adria and Christopher love sharing their passion for fitness with the community they live in and hope to influence people's lives in a positive way through exercise.

100 Women in Finance strengthens the global finance industry by empowering women to achieve their professional potential at each career stage. Its members inspire, equip and advocate for a new generation of industry leadership, in which women and men serve as investment professionals and executives, equal in achievement and impact. Through Education, Peer Engagement and Impact, the organization furthers the progress of women who have chosen finance as a career, and enables their positive influence over pre-career young women.
