On April 10, 2024, Sower of the Seed Food Pantry broke ground on their new facility. The organization is delighted to move forward with the construction of the new building and is grateful for the support of their board of directors. The board members, from left to right, are Pat Renfroe, Geni Mohr, Danielle Norwood, Cherri Campbell, and Donald Campbell. The organization promises to keep everyone posted on the progress of the project!

The Big Bend Redfish Tournament
The Big Bend Redfish Tournament was hosted for the second time at Sea Hag and despite the windy weather, the turnout was great. Although the bite was tough, the participants brought in some awesome fish. All fish were weighed-in live and safely released after the tournament. Congratulations to the winners of the tournament Adam Ivey and Andy Phillips, with the combined weight of the two heaviest redfish totaling 13.62lbs they received winnings of $1,100. Andy Phillips won the overall heaviest redfish weighing 7.25lbs and received $600. We would like to thank everyone who participated and made this tournament a success.
