UPK KEY DATES
April 19: Final day for providers to increase or decrease seats before the first algorithm runs
April 22: First algorithm runs*
April 23: Providers receive their proposed matches as a result of the algorithm
April 23βMay 7: Provider review period
May 9β15: Families receive their matches and must either accept or decline
May 16β24: Providers may increase or decrease seats as needed
July 5: Second and final DAA will run
*Note: The algorithm will NOT take into account continuity of care as that was addressed in the pre-registration period. All families who are running through the matching algorithm will do so based on their assigned lottery number, and no other factors will be considered.

YEAR-END PROVIDER PAYMENT RECONCILIATION
As the first UPK year draws to an end, it is imperative that all outstanding payment issues are resolved. Provider must report any outstanding payment issues as soon as possible to Metrix IQ by submitting a ticket at coupkpayments@metrixiq.com. If a provider has submitted a ticket that has not yet been resolved, please reach out to Noreen at nglt@mac.com so it can be passed along to our LCO specialist.

CDEC E-COMMUNICATIONS
The Colorado Department of Early Childhood is changing over to a new platform for their e-communications. Please sign up on the new platform HERE to continue to receive all of the UPK communications directly from the state.
