Healthy Families North Georgia is looking to fill 2 open positions for Bilingual Family Support Specialists (FSS) to serve Forsyth, Dawson, and Lumpkin. Healthy Families North Georgia is an evidence-based home visiting program that empowers families and communities. The mission of Healthy Families is to promote child well-being and prevent the abuse and neglect of children through the delivery of quality, long-term, intensive home visitation services. FSS will work with pregnant and new moms to help build on the family’s strengths by strengthening parent-child relationships, promoting healthy childhood growth and development, and enhancing family functioning. FSS provides valuable education, community resources, and tangible support that all children and families need to thrive.
