Adjusting Your Volunteers' Hours

Keeping Hours Correct Is Easy!

Did your volunteer sign-in but forget to sign-out? Have no fear! CERVIS will automatically log the default credit hours. Simply leave them signed in for the event, and CERVIS will automatically sign them out at the end of the day and credit them with the default hours. No extra work needed from you!

Did your volunteer come in early or arrive late? We've got that covered too! Any time a volunteer registers for an event but works more or less than the designated timeframe, you can easily correct those hours with just a few clicks. To learn more about manually adjusting volunteer hours for a Normal or Time Slot Event, click hereAnd to do the same for a Service Project, click here!
