And the Survey Says...

CHA is always looking for ways to improve your care. You may get a survey via email or in the mail. If you get a survey, please fill it out right away. Your feedback helps us learn what we did well and where we can make changes.

While we try to make sure all of your experiences at CHA are great, sometimes that doesn’t happen. Your feedback can help us do better, and your voice matters.

We also have a Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) that provides CHA with feedback and advice. Visit our website to learn more and fill out an application to join us.
CHA Has Top Docs

Each year, Boston magazine publishes a list of “Top Doctors” in the Boston region, based on nominations from local doctors and other selection criteria. Thirty CHA physicians were chosen for 2023, representing Cardiology, General Surgery, Oncology, Orthopedic Surgery, Podiatry, Vascular Surgery, and other fields. This honor highlights the skills and depth of our medical staff and also our commitment to you, our patients.

At CHA, Boston’s Top Doctors are closer than you think!
