The Children’s Trust family wishes everyone safe and happy holidays and our very best wishes for the New Year! Please note we will be closed December 24 through December 31, reopening January 3. The provider bulletin will resume on Wednesday, January 5.
As messaged in previous communications, those providers who submitted a November invoice by December 3, 2021, will receive a payment before the break. With the closure and our new Fiscal Module in Trust-Central, we are not able to guarantee a payment for those who missed the December 3 deadline. Payments will resume in January 2022.
Trust-funded providers, if your offices will be open December 24 through December 31, please feel free to continue submitting any outstanding invoices. However, we will not be reviewing or processing invoices and payments until our office re-opens on January 3. We will review any invoices submitted during this period upon our return.
