ATTENTION MASTER TRAINERS:

Currently, we ask master trainers to make the payment for all the class leader training fees themselves; however, given that this can be a challenge for master trainers who do not have access to their organization's payment process, we've included the option of adding a program coordinator's name to the list of people who can pay for the licensees on the ISU Extension Store. This will remove the extra step of requesting an invoice and speed up the payment process.

If this applies to you and your organization, please contact ptcaregivers@iastate.edu with the name and email of the program coordinator who you'd like added to the list.

Please note:

  1. This does not remove the ability for master trainers to pay for the class leader license fees themselves.
  2. Although this new process allows a program coordinator to pay for the class leader license fee, master trainers are still responsible for ensuring the payment is made to ISU within 10 days after the training begins.
  3. Additionally, this person will only have access to the license fee on the ISU Extension Store and not to master trainer materials.

We are happy to report that we updated the how-to guides for both class leaders and master trainers to include the information about adding a class series and updating contact information. We recommend saving these links; however, they are available on our website on the class leader resources and master trainer resources PTC website pages.
