2 Step Verification Starts TODAY

New 2-Step Verification security feature for online banking launches TODAY Wednesday March 29th.


Here's what you need to know to be prepared...

Know your Member # and Password

Starting March 29th you will see a fresh new online banking log in screen.


***AUTO POPULATED INFORMATION WILL BE RESET!


If you have your computer set up to auto populate your Member number and Password, or you use biometrics to populate your Member number and PAC (password) these functions will not work on the new site the first time you log in, you will need to manually enter your Member # and Password, then you can set up remember this information again.


Make sure you know your Member # and Password to log into online banking before the March 29th change.

You can find your Member # on your statement

or call into the branch to confirm or reset your password.


We will be extending our hours during this transition to assist members if needed.

Members should select OPPA unless you have been directly instructed otherwise.

Members who share an account log in:


You can add a secondary method (Text & email) for sending your 2-Step Verification code.


This can also be used for a 2nd person member/spouse/partner to log in, by setting up one method for the primary person and the other method for the secondary person.

For example, When John is logging into the account, he uses the text feature to send his Verification Code. When wife Sally is logging into the account, she can use the email verification method.



  1. Log into online banking.
  2. Select Profile and Preferences
  3. Select Change 2-Step Verification Information
  4. Follow the steps to add/edit phone # or email
