#CampAlpine2023

“That was an awesome summer camp,” exclaimed Conner Schmidt from Troop 44 in Böblingen, Germany.

Troop 44 attended week 1 of Camp Alpine during the 100th Anniversary of Kandersteg International Scouter Center along with #TAC units from across Europe. What made this camp so great was the international participation to include Ukraine Scouts and Scouters! Scouts interacted, traded patches, neckerchiefs and demonstrated the Patrol Method.

Ultimately resulting with Troop 44 being honored with the ‘Best Unit Award’ (week 1). SPL Jeremy Templeton informed his Troop of the honor at the close out formation with the beautiful Swiss Alps in the background. Click their #Instagram link and see their short story about the #WeatherRock!
