Congratulations to our Wurster Construction Family for making it 85 years! We have grown from our humble beginnings with grandpa’s residential start in 1938, through Russ, Fred, Don, Rick, me and now into generation four with Max. Recently, I reflected on the many people who have worked with us including our employees, clients, and subcontractors. It brought back a lot of great memories and reminds me of how blessed we are. You don’t make it in business this long without so many wonderful people in our lives. It’s been an honor serving employees, clients and our community with Honesty, Integrity, and Commitment. Through the good and not so good times, for 85 years, thank you all for making it happen!

In honor of our employee who tragically passed away in 2007, The Doug Spitz Award is given out annually after employees are nominated by other co-workers. The winner exemplifies a "can do" attitude, has a spirit of generosity or a willingness to help, posses a character of grace, respect and gratitude to everyone they meet. Congratulations, Kelly Merket for being named the 2022 Doug Spitz Team Player of the Year!

We welcome Ashton Burbich as our new Marketing Coordinator. Ashton is working beside our team on all RFP submittals, event planning, social media campaigns and website development. Outside of work, Ashton enjoys Lego building and cycling with her husband Matthew.
