Lead
One of our 41 LEAD teams, "Updates from the Den," has the mission to provide updates and information about all of the different LEAD teams to our school and community. Part of their process includes interviewing students about their LEAD team and sharing their stories through school communication platforms. Check out their most recent interviews below. Classroom Spotlight:
Project-Based Learning (PBL)
At Republic, the district's mission is to prepare each student for a successful future. We know that more than ever our students need to be ready to compete in a rapidly changing world that requires adaptability and the ability to apply content learning and skills. Students at RMS have opportunities to engage in PBL units in various courses. In these units, students are guided through the content with a meaningful open-ended question that requires them to investigate, explore, or create a solution for a relevant problem. From there, students are asked to design and create a product that showcases their learning and present their showcase to experts. Check out some highlights below from some of our PBL units as we ended the first semester.
