The class of 2024 will graduate this Friday, May 10th, at 6:30 PM in the worship center. All are welcome to attend!


Also, our youngest Patriots (PreK-4 students) graduate this Tuesday evening at 6 PM in the worship center!

Lunch Orders - Orders must be placed through your FACTS family portal by midnight on Thursday prior to the week you are ordering for. Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the menu and click ORDER ITEMS. Also, make sure there are funds in your lunch account BEFORE ordering. You may now order lunches through the end of the school year. Step Up for Students - Apply for, or renew, your application NOW! Once you see the completed status, email your student's award ID number to Nancy Nelson. Please take care of this PROMPTLY!


Liberty Day - This is a day that we honor all veterans and active duty service members. Please submit THIS FORM to the school office no later than Monday, May 13th, so that we may remember and honor your loved ones who have served our country.


Praying Parents - Please pray for Master's Academy, especially during this season as we search for property. If any parent would like to coordinate an on-campus prayer walk before the end of the school year, email Nancy Cook.

 

1st Day School Supplies - Save time and skip the hassle of back-to-school shopping. Order your school supplies for next school year and have them delivered to your home before school starts in August, ORDER HERE before June 30th. This is an optional service offered for convenience. Be sure to order for the grade your student is going into next year.

 

Ribbon Cutting & Dedication Ceremony - We will have a formal dedication and ribbon cutting ceremony for our new learning center classrooms (which will house the Vo-Tech Program) at 5 PM on Thursday, May 16th. Join us in the Upper School courtyard. All are invited! RSVP HERE.

 

UPDATE Your Information - Please take time to review your demographic information in FACTS and update anything that is in error (mailing address, email addresses, phone numbers, church, employer, etc.)


Handbooks - 2024-2025 Parent-Student Handbooks are being updated and will be available in your FACTS family portal this summer. You will be notified by email when they are uploaded.


Fellowship of Christian Athletes - Summer Power Camp for students age 8-13 will be held June 10th - 14th. Register HERE or email JR Crooks for more information.


Upper School Detentions - Wednesday, May 8th, at 3:10 PM and each exam day at 12:10 PM in Room U-2. Final grades will be withheld until all outstanding detentions are satisfied.


Upper School Aftercare - There is no aftercare for Upper School students on exam days (May 14-16). Upper School students must be picked up at noon.


Lower School Drop Off - PLEASE do not drop your students off before 7:30 AM. We do not have supervision until 7:30 AM. A staff member will be available to receive your student beginning at 7:30 AM, so please remain in your car until that time. Thank you for your cooperation!


8th Grade Art Students - Miss DeVane requests that you please bring a plain white t-shirt to art class on Wednesday.



Volunteer Opportunities

All volunteer service hours were due on May 1st. If you did not submit a minimum of 20 hours in your FACTS family portal, you were billed an advancement fee. If you would like to get a jump start on your 2024-2025 hours, we do have some summer projects!

Athletic News

Announcements:

Cheer Clinic - THIS WEEK, Monday - Friday, 3:30 - 5:00 PM. Cost is $20. Bring payment and EL2 form to the clinic today.


Cheerleading Tryouts - May 13th and 14th, 3:30 - 5:00 PM, in the worship center. Any girls who are interested in cheer MUST tryout and must have an EL2 form on file.
