Make a traditional Baltic Easter egg by painting wax designs on a real egg and dipping it in colorful dyes. There are two sessions, and we expect them to go quickly. Register now!

Genealogy Club: Preserving Your Past

Becky Geller is a Reference and Archivist Librarian at Newburyport Public Library with over a decade of experience in public library service, archives, and preservation outreach, consultation, and education. This program will introduce the concepts of cultural heritage preservation.

Curious Kids: Daffodils
Monday, March 28 @ 10:00am
Drop-in preschool sensory playtime. For ages 2-5. 
Stop by between 10:00 and 11:00 to participate in three or more centers. Only 10 people allowed in the room at a time. We will rotate participants on a first come, first served basis. Most children spend about 15 minutes trying the sensory centers. 

Registration required. A caregiver should accompany the child or children. Please indicate the number in your party (including infants). 

Masks required for all patrons ages 3+ while in the building.
Virtual Kids Writing Workshop

Kids ages 7+ are invited to meet over the library’s Zoom where they can spend time working on their stories, brainstorming ideas, or sharing their creative projects with others. The Zoom link will be emailed to you upon registration.
