Hello from Tennessee! Our OA Puvunga Lodge is currently in Knoxville at the University of Tennessee with 6,500 of their best Scouting friends. Click the red button to see photos. Send us your summer camp greetings and we'll feature your Troop, too.
Our wrangler program at Camp Tahquitz offers such memorable experiences! Rachel and team do a phenomenal job at not only instructing, but also giving Scouts first hand interaction with the horses. See photos here.
This past weekend we hosted our after-school Scouting program known as ScoutReach at the Long Beach Sea Base for a day of fun. For many, this was the first time ever on a ship. A special thank you to the Sea Scouts and Chris Macy.
New fees have just been announced for your renewal in 2023. Youth will be $12.50 per month ($150/year). See chart here. Adults will stay at $5 per month ($60/year). Only applies for new members after Aug 1.
Scout fees going up? Need money for activities and camp? This is why we offer the popcorn fundraiser. We do all the set up, storefront sales, prizes, logistics. Attend our kickoff next Saturday, August 6 to get more information on selling.

A reminder that our Long Beach Scout Shop is now open every Saturday from 10am to 1pm. Come on by to pickup advancement items, uniforms, patches and more. We look forward to seeing you soon!
Wood Badge is coming up September 16-18 and October 8-9. This is the best adult leader training the BSA offers. All Scouts deserve a trained leader. Sign up today, spaces are limited, but not the fun!
